Rovaan is originally from Bangalore, India, often referred to as the Silicon Valley of India. He brings over four years of experience in global finance, with a background in analysis, risk, and large-scale systems at institutions including Goldman Sachs and Northern Trust. This work shaped his interest in how data, systems, and processes influence real-world outcomes.

He is a graduate of the Impact MBA Program at Colorado State University, where he specialized in sustainability and systems thinking and developed a strong interest in applying data and technology to complex social challenges, particularly in housing, equity, and long-term stability.

At Housing Connector, Rovaan focuses on improving internal systems, clarifying data flows, and automating processes to support scale and impact. He enjoys turning complex data into clear insights that help teams make better decisions.

Outside of work, Rovaan enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and listening to music on vinyl, usually while convincing himself that buying “just one more record” is reasonable.
