Housing Connector Forms
The Renter Profile is the first step to give clients access to our program. Through the Renter Profile, you can generate a Letter of Support and sign clients up for housing search.
The Move In Form is the required final step to enroll a client in our program. This form must be completed within 30 days of move in.
These rare, limited requests must include detailed Stability Plans and cannot be for rent within the first 90 days of a lease.
