Michelle Sosnowski

she/her/hers

Housing Stability Specialist

Michelle spent her childhood in Melbourne, Australia. She was privileged to live in what is considered one of the most multicultural cities in the world, and spent her informative years surrounded by people of many different backgrounds. That childhood experience created core values in Michelle for the importance of hearing one another's stories, seeking to understand differing perspectives, and knowing there is always more than one way to do anything. She has lived in Denver, Colorado for the last 8 years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Services, with a focus on substance use, from Southern New Hampshire University. Michelle has been involved in establishing and providing services within affordable and low-income communities for the last 5 years, and has a passion for sustainable solutions, connection as a means of recovery, and advocacy.

At Housing Connector, Michelle is part of the Housing Stability Support team, partnering with property owners, case managers, and residents to address housing stability challenges. She works to resolve issues that arise for property partners while supporting residents who have faced housing barriers, helping ensure lasting housing success.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cooking, true crime, staying active, being outside as much as possible, travelling (locally and internationally), and adventuring with her Rottweiler pup, Sunny.
