Born and raised in Salem, Oregon, Kenz has always called the Pacific Northwest home. She moved to Portland in 2021 to pursue professional growth opportunities and earned an associate degree in business development. Her passion for people and her drive to address challenges in affordable housing ultimately led her to Housing Connector.

At Housing Connector, Kenz focuses on building strong relationships that unlock housing opportunities for those who need them most. Drawing on her background as a Multi-Site Property Manager in the greater Portland area, she brings first-hand insight into the needs of property partners. She leads property partner growth efforts—introducing landlords, property managers, and housing organizations to the program, demonstrating the value of partnership, and developing creative engagement strategies. In close collaboration with Will Goodale, VP of Property Partners, and Jason Wilde, Managing Director for the Pacific Northwest, Kenz thrives on connecting people around a shared mission.

Outside of work, Kenz enjoys exploring Portland’s food scene, spending time outdoors near the water, and being with friends. A devoted animal lover, she also cherishes time with her pets and brings creativity and energy into everything she does.
