Kaleb brings more than 15 years of experience in relationship-driven sales, business development and leadership, helping people navigate complex decisions and turning initial conversations into lasting partnerships. Kaleb has spent his entire life in the Pacific Northwest and shares his life with his wife and daughter, eager to apply that experience to work that creates a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

At Housing Connector, Kaleb works with property owners and operators across the Seattle region to build partnerships that expand access to stable housing. He was drawn to Housing Connector because their work brings together two things he cares deeply about: authentic relationships and practical, scalable solutions. He leads with curiosity, listens before assuming and believes trust is built through transparency and action.

Outside of work, Kaleb’s favorite roles are being a husband and dad, specifically a girl dad. He enjoys traveling and trying new food with his family, writing about life’s adventures. He is a former collegiate wrestler, he still loves a good challenge, although these days, keeping up with his daughter provides plenty of competition and jujitsu.
