Jenni brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling customer support and operations teams across start up and scale up organizations. Her work focuses on turning complex service systems into clear, reliable experiences for the people who depend on them. She has led customer operations, support strategy, and cross functional programs at companies including Rover, Glowforge, and Cascade Designs.

At Housing Connector, Jenni leads the Customer Operations team responsible for intake, case management, and partner support. She works across teams to strengthen service delivery, improve operational systems, and ensure residents, property partners, and community partners receive consistent and responsive support. Her approach combines strong data analysis with practical process design to help teams focus on outcomes and impact.

Outside of work, Jenni is a builder at heart. She has spent the last several years renovating her home, converting a camper van, and tackling all kinds of hands on projects. She loves hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, and exploring the outdoors with her husband & dog, while her very opinionated cat prefers the comforts of home. Jenni is also an avid reader who happily chooses a good book over television most nights.
