Originally from California, Heather has called Austin home for over a decade. She brings a background in account and relationship management, customer success, and operations across real estate, property management, and B2B sales. She has led high-impact initiatives focused on client satisfaction, retention, process optimization, and team development.

At Housing Connector, Heather partners with property owners and managers to expand housing access for individuals who need it most. She works alongside her Austin team to build strong relationships and grow Housing Connector’s presence in the region. She is driven by a commitment to bridging the gap between mission-driven work and practical business solutions, ensuring both community and partner success.

Outside of work, Heather finds joy in creative expression and community connection. She loves art and regularly takes classes that challenge her. A longtime fan of drag, she enjoys supporting local performers and catching live shows whenever she can. She also enjoys walking in nature, going to the movies, and listening to music and podcasts. Deeply passionate about animals, Heather’s favorite way to spend her time is volunteering with local rescue organizations.
