Gloria holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Antioch University and boasts over 18 years of experience as a people and culture leader in Seattle's tech sector. With a proven track record, she has successfully steered startups from 20 employees to over 200 across various states and internationally. 

Gloria will be Housing Connector’s first HR Director, working to shape the organizational culture, driving strategic initiatives, and building a strong cohesive team. 

Originally from San Diego, Gloria relocated to Seattle in 1991 during the peak of the grunge scene. An enthusiastic gardener, she loves digging in the dirt and growing vegetables in her urban backyard. Gloria enjoys morning walks, accompanied by her favorite podcasts, and cherishes moments spent with her partner, friends, family, and new granddaughter.
