Born and raised in the small town of Lake Mary in Central Florida, Chelsea attended Rollins College in Winter Park, where she studied Business and Social Entrepreneurship. She began her career in the finance industry working in Human Resources, where she developed a strong foundation in people operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Chelsea later transitioned into community engagement, where she focused on building partnerships and collaborating with organizations and stakeholders to support vulnerable communities. Her work with nonprofit initiatives deepened her commitment to service and reinforced the importance of relationship-driven, community-based solutions.

As the Community Partnership Manager with Housing Connector, Chelsea is excited to be part of the newest team in the Orlando market. She brings experience in partnership building, nonprofit collaboration, and local engagement, along with deep ties to the Central Florida community she now serves.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys exploring Florida’s natural springs and beaches, trying new local restaurants, and spending time on the golf course.
