Chandra is originally from Southern California but has spent the last two decades living and working in some of the country’s most dynamic tech hubs, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago before settling in Seattle. She has built a career leading large-scale operations teams helping build operational infrastructures for venture-backed startups, an experience that shaped her passion for human-centered systems and resilient teams.

Chandra loves cooking, travel, and any excuse to explore a new city or neighborhood on foot. When she’s not experimenting with new recipes or planning her next trip, she can usually be found wandering local farmers markets, enjoying urban parks, or on the hunt for the city’s best wine bars.
