Bailee is originally from Las Vegas, NV but has lived and worked in beautiful Colorado for over 4 years. She received her Impact Masters of Business Administration from Colorado State University where she focused on social entrepreneurship and issues of affordable housing. 

At Housing Connector, Bailee has the unique opportunity to work with the whole team to build efficiencies and processes that foster collaboration and the achievement of company-wide goals. Bailee also works closely with Carla, the VP of Strategy and Business Development to develop and execute on Housing Connector’s expansion strategy into new markets. 

Bailee loves coffee, climbing, camping and (non)-commitment to signing a housing lease- leaving her free to travel as often as possible. Before moving to Colorado, Bailee lived and worked in an off-the-grid town in Panama where she co-founded a sustainable coffee shop and roastery.
