Bailee made her way to Housing Connector after receiving her Impact Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University where she focused on social entrepreneurship and the issue of affordable and accessible housing. 

At Housing Connector, Bailee works cross-functionally to identify operational bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements so that the organization can continue to grow nationally and make the greatest impact for those we serve.

Bailee loves coffee, climbing, camping and before joining this team, she lived and worked in an off-the-grid town in Panama where she co-founded a sustainable coffee shop and roastery.
