Do I have to wait to hear back from Housing Connector?
Once the referral form is submitted, your applicant will have 2 business days to confirm their referral. If confirmed, a representative from Housing Connector will review the referral for eligibility. As soon as the referral has been approved by Housing Connector, you can proceed with your application process as usual. The resident will be supported by Housing Connector's services if needed after moving in.
Does Housing Connector pay application fees?
No, Housing Connector does not cover move-in costs, such as deposits, application fees, or first and last month's rent. The applicant must be able to pay all upfront costs independently. However, after moving in, Housing Connector can provide emergency assistance if needed and requested by the property.
