New case managers: by completing this training, you will gain access to all of our tools and resources, including the Community Hub.
Returning case managers: by completing this training, you will have a firm understanding of our most recent changes and tools, including the Community Hub and Renter Hub.
This course includes video overviews, document downloads, links to key policies, and comprehension checks/self-graded quizzes.
This training is accessible only to active organizations partnered with Housing Connector.
