TX Community Partner Training

Attending and completing the Community Partner Training is required for all Team Members to receive Zillow and program access. 

Trainings are open to all providers whose organizations currently have a formal partnership with Housing Connector. 

During this 1.5 hour training, our team will cover the full Housing Connector program, how to search for units, and all of the ways we can support you and your clients. Community Partners will have:

- Exclusive Access Zillow-Powered Housing Navigation: real-time access for case workers to Housing Connector’s available units. 

- Reduced Screening Criteria for clients: We negotiate with properties to lower barriers: credit scores, criminal record, evictions, past debt, rental history and income to rent ratios. 

Please note:

• If your organization is not a current Community Partner, please visit our Community Partner Overview page.
• Each team member who needs Zillow access must register individually & attend the training.
• All trainings are VIRTUAL and 1.5 hours long. 
• Late arrivals more than 15 minutes late will not be accepted. 
• Zoom link will be sent via email.
