That feedback sparked an idea: why not learn from the experts already among us? These sessions highlight experienced case managers who’ve mastered the art of helping clients get housed and stay housed. 

Our goal isn’t to prescribe a single “right way” to do the work, but to share real strategies, creative approaches, and proven tools to strengthen housing stability for everyone.
