Everett was born in Denver and grew up in Oslo, Norway, where he developed a love for snow, ice speed skating, and exploring European culture. He later returned to Denver to begin a career dedicated to serving the most vulnerable members of the community—a passion that has guided his work ever since.

Throughout his career, Everett has focused on creating meaningful change. He has served on the Board of Directors for both the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and the Metropolitan Denver Homeless Initiative (MDHI). At Housing Connector, Everett continues this mission as a Stability Housing Specialist, helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness achieve stability and maintain long-term housing.

Beyond his professional commitments, Everett has been married for 30 years and is a proud father of five and “PopPop” to six amazing grandchildren. He enjoys jazz music and festivals, spending time with family, fishing, sporting events, and classic sports cars.
